At Cascade Valley Designs, each piece is handmade with care. We want you to love your jewelry—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
  
• In original condition and packaging
  
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🛍️ Craft Fair & Local Sales

All in-person sales are final.

We encourage you to look over your items carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about materials, sizing, or fit, we’re happy to help on the spot.

Exception:

If an item is defective or breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 7 days, please contact us and we will review the situation and make it right when possible.
